• Economy shipping is via FedEx to a post office near your address, and then delivery by the U.S. Postal Service. If you would prefer FedEx delivery, then please choose our 2-Day shipping option.

• 2-day express shipments are sent via FedEx.

At Yankee Candle, we are proud to support military families and have long offered shipping to APO/FPO addresses along with military discounts as a small token of our appreciation for their service.

Currently, we are experiencing technical challenges that are affecting our ability to successfully process and fulfill orders to international APO/FPO destinations. In an effort to prevent further disruptions and ensure a smooth experience for our customers, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend shipping to these addresses.

Please know this decision was not made lightly. We remain committed to supporting our military community and are actively working with our internal teams to resolve the issue and restore full service as quickly as possible. While APO/FPO shipping is paused, we continue to honor our military discounts on all eligible orders shipped to domestic addresses and in our retail stores.

Please note that it may take longer to ship Economy delivery orders during peak holiday seasons, such as Mother's Day or Christmas, or immediately after a popular promotion. You can always check the status of your order online at https://www.yankeecandle.com/ordertracking.

• Items ordered by 12pm (ET) Monday - Friday will be shipped on the same day.
• Items ordered after 12pm (ET) Monday – Thursday will be shipped on the next day.
• Items ordered after 12pm (ET) Friday will ship on Monday.

We do not ship packages on the following U.S. national holidays:

• Memorial Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
• New Year’s Day

Rush orders placed during a national holiday, or during the weekend of a national holiday, will not be shipped until the following business day.

Certain products, such as our Concentrated Room Sprays, cannot be shipped by air. Delivery of these products is restricted to ground shipment only within the contiguous United States. Please refer to the product page details to determine product shipment availability.

Shipments outside the 48 contiguous United States may be subject to import charges and taxes which are the responsibility of the purchaser or recipient.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Possessions: The additional cost of standard shipping outside of the contiguous 48 states is due to the need to use 2-Day Express Shipping in order to ensure that orders are received within the delivery window.
