Powdery/laundry and fragrant
Though this fragrance isn't really meant to be a punch in the face, it definitely fills the smaller rooms, which is where I like this scent anyways. It is soft and like a mix between a powdery and laundry smell and will fill the room with the scent that you can smell spilling out of the room you put it in. I was devastated when I heard they were discontinuing and so happy they've brought it back so quickly. Most people I've had smell this scent have really loved it.

Great candle for cabin or man cave.
I bought this because it was reviewed as subtle and soothing. It really does smell a bit like a clean blanket in the fall and has almost a woodsy, tobacco type of finish. It is not a feminine candle in any way and is great in my den/home office.

Best universal candle
I bought the soft blanket and I wish I bought 10 more!! It’s a great smelling candle which is not sweet, not musky but just clean with no high floral notes. It makes my house smell amazing! I have 3 boys and 2 dogs..my house can get stinky!! Haha! But this takes away everything. I love it! Even though it looks like a nursery candle not to worry there’s no strong “baby detergent” smell.
I had a friend who came over and is pronged to getting migraines and She was ok too!
Great job yankee!

Delicate, yet powerful scent!
I've purchased several "Soft Blanket" candles (jar, tumbler, tarts) and each has a beautiful, soft scent that is cozy and relaxing-- definitely a must have during Covid quarantine! Despite the soft scent, this a strong candle and it fills a room quickly. One of my favorites for all times of the year!

Such a warm and comforting scent
I bought this for the first time a few years ago during one of the annual sales. It has become one of my favorites. When I come home from a long day, or just want to set the mood for relaxation around the house, this is my go to candle. While it has an underlying scent of traditional cotton scented items, it is more blended and set as an undertone versus the in your face fresh cotton scent. It's a warm and comforting scent that smells clean and just sets a whole relaxing tone in the house.

Amazing Fragrance!!!!
Soft Blanket was given to me 7 years ago at my baby shower. It has such an amazing clean fragrance and has become my all time favorite Yankee candle go to. Whenever I want to sit and relax I light my soft blanket and cozy up enjoying the delightful aromas.

Comforting fragrance
When I smelled this one cold in the shop, I thought I would probably like it. Got it home and lit the candle, and I was so pleased that I bought it! The fragrance is so comforting to me. And the throw is really strong. It fills the house wonderfully. This is definitely in my top five favorites!

Warm and soothing
I originally bought this for my daughters' room because they love teddy bears. It exceeded my expectations. It fills their room with a warm, soothing scent for bedtime. I stock up on this candle whenever it is on sale and use it throughout the house now. I was sad to see the new packaging, as I love this one. I hope the quality of the new candle is the same.

My order arrived today and based on the great reviews, I bought three large jars of Soft Blanket. Unfortunately they have almost no scent. :( Absolutely nothing carries when they burn and hardly anything when you open the jar to try and find a scent. So little that I couldn’t even tell you what the theme is supposed to be with this candle. Now I have three boring white, large candles with no smell.

Truly soft
This candle is my go to when I want that warm snuggly feel. I have been using this scent for many years and will continue to do so. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is occasionally I have received one with very little scent! Seaside Woods has started to become my "old faithful " for warm and fuzzy because never disappointed in the strong throw.

All time favorite that I wish was always available
This is an absolute favorite of mine! I find it so very comforting. I have even taken the small tumblers with me on vacations to burn in the evenings to help me unwind and relax. I know, relax on vacation, right? I have trouble sleeping in new and different places and this candle really just smells so good and comforting and makes me feel more at home no matter where I am.

I assume that the difference images is merely an update of the picture. Soft blanket is one of my long time favs. It has a good throw and just smells like a newborn baby wrapped in a blanket. Great for all year round. Love, love the fragrance.
