Rush Delivery

ALL Personalized Photo Candles ship 2 business days after receipt, including Standard and all Air shipments.
In a hurry? Choose 3 or 2 day express at checkout. All Express Shipping orders are sent after the 2 business day processing time. Expedited shipments cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
Items ordered by 2pm (EST) Monday-Friday will ship after the 2 business day processing time.
Items ordered after 2pm (EST) Friday will ship after the 2 business day processing time.
Applicable taxes & duties will be charged for deliveries to, and within, Canada.

PO Box, APO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US territories are shipped via Parcel Post, all other shipments are via FedEx.

Canada

We ship to Canada via FedEx. For orders under $100 USD, shipping charges are a flat rate fee of $20 USD plus import duty and taxes. For orders over $100 USD, shipping charges are 20% of the subtotal of the order plus import duty and taxes. The import charges (approximately 12-13% of the subtotal of your order) will be collected by FedEx at the time of delivery.

International Orders

International orders are defined as orders being shipped to an address outside of United States jurisdiction and Canada. For international orders, please visit www.yankeecandle.co.uk.

Shipments outside the 48 contiguous United States may be subject to import charges and taxes which are the responsibility of the purchaser or recipient.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect sales tax for deliveries to all states in which we have a company-owned retail store. We will automatically calculate the tax rate according to the shipping address.
