This looks so great online. Then when I got it the product was so cheap and my diffuser oils didn’t fit! I then had to wait for my other 7 to come in the mail because my order only came with one, then the 8 liquid diffusers I got in apple scent came they were all broken and leaking and it took so long to get the liquid off of my skin. I was so disappointed!

The new, larger diffusers use more of the fragrance but the fragrance bottles are the same size which means we customers need to buy more fragrance bottles. However, I receive so many positive comments on the pleasant smell of my home, even from men. If you like quality, YC is the way to go.

Former Yankee employee, the largest dot is for the most fragrance out of your scent plug base. You can adjust the amount of fragrance you want based off the dots, smallest=least amount, largest=most amount.&nbsp;

Plug is always on, however, you have to adjust to how strong of a scent you would like by sliding it fully closed for maximum scent or slightly open for minimal scent. You have to look inside from the top before putting the refill in to see where it is at.
