Bad shipping habits discourage further orders.
I was disappointed that the candle I had ordered was out of stock but the car scent hang-up was still sent to me in a huge box 10x the size of the item. I am scared to include any further similar items because I feel it is a big waste of shipping charges for you and me along with the other customers. Since you closed so many of your Michigan stores it n=makes it hard to go visit one that is still open. Shipping is slipping
