This is a Woody fragrance.
The crisp, naturally fresh scent of gleaming, snow-covered pines. Top notes: Sweet Orange, Pine Needles, Crisp Mint. Middle notes: Evergreens, Blue Spruce, White Pine, Rosemary, Eucalyptus, Bay Leaf, Juniper Berry. Base notes: Frosted White Musk, Fir Balsam, Sandalwood, Cedarwood, Patchouli. Perfect winter scent!
I always buy several candles in this scent for the winter season, and it is perfect for the cold weather. The burn time is long and the scent fills multiple rooms. It’s such a refreshing scent and makes me look forward to the winter, even when I hate snow! The color also matches everything, especially holiday and winter decor. It’s my absolute favorite!

Not a big fan
I liked it on the first burn when sitting right next to it, but since then I've noticed it is fairly one note, isn't very strong and the scent doesn't linger at all. I like all the other candles I have bought from YC, so this one was fairly disappointing.

Bad scent
I just received my candle order and this Sparkling Snow smells awful. I thought it was just me that noticed an off smell but all three of my kids and my husband agreed. One of my kids said it smells like urine. Now that’s all I smell and I already didn’t like it.

Does not smell like scent notes
A 3 star based on scent. Smells more like a laundry, fabric softener. All i get is a laundry scent which I cannot stand. It smells nothing like the scent notes.
It is strong and starts throwing nearly immediately.

Great throw. Perfectly clean, bright, winter scent
Clean, crisp, mood lifting scent all season long! I will seriously cry if Yankee Candle ever discontinues Sparking Snow. This candle is perfectly balanced with the smell of clean, winter air. It has undertones of bright crisp trees (without being woodsy) all wrapped in the experience of holiday joy with family. This candle has a stronger throw which allows for the fragrance to be enjoyed throughout the house. I buy these in bulk several times a year to get me through the holiday season as well as gift to friends because I get so many compliments on how my house smells between Thanksgiving and March. IMO, the most perfect candle that Yankee Candle sells… with Life’s a Breeze (I think that’s the name of it), a close second. If you burn both together, it feels like Christmas at the shore/beach! I love this scent!
