Not sure what happened. Yankee usually has great products but I ordered 4 candles and all 4 looked really old. The smell was faint and the wax was bubbled up on top like it’d been hot and cold over and over making the wax bubble and crack. I was ashamed to give them as gifts so I guess I have 4 new candles now.

I'm still not sure why they named this fragrance what they did; a cliffside conjures earthy, aquatic smells to me. I bought this one based on the notes listed and it's exactly the sweet, fruity sort of tropical smell I expected. I wouldn't call this scent unique or special, but it does smell yummy.

The color is nice and the dual wicks burn evenly, but I'm disappointed in the depth of the aroma. It barely scents the air around it and certainly doesn't fragrance the whole room.

Yes&mdash;I would classify this scent as having one of the stronger throws among Yankee Candle scents. To me, it&rsquo;s kind of &nbsp;a stronger variation on pink sands if that helps.
