Makes 2 cocktails.

Instructions
 

In a cocktail shaker, combine:
• Ice
• 3 ounces preferred gin
• 3 ounces sage and honey simple syrup

Shake until chilled and pour into a sparkling wine flute. Top with Prosecco for a dry cocktail, or
ginger ale for a sweeter cocktail, and garnish with a fresh sage leaf.
