Curbside Pickup FAQ
Due to different state and local executive orders, Curbside Pickup is not yet available in all stores. Please visit our Store Locator at www.yankeecandle.com/stores for the most up-to-date information on stores in your area. We’re adding more locations every week, so check back soon if you don’t see your nearest store listed yet!
Curbside Pickup is currently available at participating stores from 11am-6pm every day.

All of your in-stock fragrance and candle accent favorites are available for Curbside Pickup. We are not able to offer gift cards via Curbside Pickup at this time, but you can personalize your own e-gift card at yankeecandle.cashstar.com.
Sorry, but we can’t place web orders from our stores right now. If you’re looking for something available online that isn’t in stock at your local store, please place an order on yankeecandle.com.
Since Curbside Pickup is a contact-free service, we can’t currently accept returns and exchanges. There’s no time limit on our Happiness Guarantee, though, so you’ll be able to bring any items that you want to exchange or return back to the store as soon as we’re back to full regular operations.
When you place your Curbside Pickup order on the phone, the store associate will give you directions on where to park to pick up your items.
The safety of our guests and store associates is our first priority. We will use face coverings and gloves at all times while taking your purchase to your vehicle, and we will place your items directly in your vehicle’s trunk in order to follow safe distancing guidelines. We are also thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting our stores and products on a frequent basis.
We accept both credit card and debit card payments by phone for Curbside Pickup orders. We’re very sorry, but we cannot currently accept cash or checks.
Yes, you can use any eligible coupon that’s valid at the time you make your purchase. Please mention your coupon when placing your order on the phone.
Absolutely! Please have your gift card or voucher ready when you call the store and provide the store associate with its unique identification number when you make your purchase.
Yes, if you are a retired or active duty service member, please let us know when you place your phone order and we will be happy to apply your Military Discount to your purchase.
Yes, you can send someone else to pick up your purchase. Please make sure they provide your full name when they call to notify the store that they have parked in the designated Curbside Pickup area.
Although we ask that you please pick up your Curbside Pickup purchase within three days if possible, you have up to two weeks from the time of payment to pick up your purchase. After two weeks, your order will be canceled and your credit card will be refunded.
