Rated 3 out of 5 by from I don’t like it When I first opened this I had very high hopes. Grapefruit and spruce should smell nice, especially since I really love grapefruit. But, after the initial hint of grapefruit bits you, an awful smell follows. It was like cat urine or something. I couldn’t bring myself to burn it and I couldn’t give it away either.

The design is really attractive, I would say wintery, and the sign Believe inspires me every time I glance at the candle. The colors on a candle jar are subtle, making it suitable for any room. But the scent? Absolutely wonderful! I really love grapefruits! In this candle, the mix of white spruce and grapefruit creates a lasting but not too strong aroma that fills my room in the best way. Plus, it seems to burn super evenly! Definitely glad I grabbed this one and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great candle.

It gives me a motivation scent for my house to match the scent of the candle.The scent is very light and fills the house without any black smoke from the wick. It burns evenly and lasts for hours.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Subtle but delicious This candle had more of a subtle scent than I was expecting. I think the grapefruit comes out a little more than the spruce, but the combination is still great. I like that there are winter vibes with the spruce but it doesn’t scream holiday candle because it has the grapefruit to balance it. I think this candle will be a fun addition to my kitchen and I can’t wait to use it daily during the fall! Only took off one star because I wish the scent of the candle was just stronger overall.

It is a good balance of woody nature and citrus. I especially like that the label can be peeled off so that we can display the candle outside the holidays.
