Out of my recent orders, I have had 3 candles melted so badly that I couldn't even see the wick and today I received a replacement for the melted candle and it was broken badly. I will have to once again take my time to call & have it replaced and then also hope the scent I am needing will be in stock. The 3 times I had to call for melted candles, I have had to settle for a different scent. Just unnecessary.
