BE BETTER!!!
I have had a long standing tradition of buying my grandmother candles from you guys. This year turned out to be a complete dumpster fire. I ordered products to be sent to her house. I was notified they would be shipped to my house. I tried to reach customer service via email and phone with no success. I was able to reach them via chat but my questions were not answered and they kept kicking me out of the chat. I'm seriously considering never ordering from you guys again. Be better....

Christmas favorite…but not much smell anymore
Always love this scent and burn it every Christmas season, however, as others have stated in reviews, I’m disappointed in the lack of smell and throw with this candle. A bummer, because I probably won’t but another one now. It smells good when you first take the top off, but when it’s burning, there’s not much scent.

We've had this in the past and absolutely loved the holiday soft minty sweet fragrance. The throw is perfect and not overpowering. It's also a great scent to burn into January and February for Valentine's!

Same problem, different Candle NO BURNING SCENT
Ugh. Seriously??? I bought this candle last year. Smelled great. Still does out of the jar. Last year it put off a sweet aroma and filled my living. This year NOTHING. This is twice now on 2 candles. I don't know what is going on with Yankee Candle but the output is horrible. It's like burning a non fragrant candle. This happened last year with another scented candle. I have been buying Yankee Candle for decades! I am so disappointed. For the price, I expect to SMELL the candle. Are ya'll doing this to save money or what? Returning anything is a hassle so I end up wasting money. I get told I will receive a return label in the mail and never do and who wants to sit on the phone wasting hours trying to return a candle? And I don't need the impersonal generated response of contacting you guys.

I read through some of the reviews and I don't get the bad reviews. Smells sweet, peppermint balanced with vanilla. We love this candle, it smells so good. A delightful scent, we hope you always have it, our entire family looks forward to this candle scent every year. A classic.

Large single wick north pole
I love this scent. I always get the large jar single wick. it’s strong for a normal size room like a bedroom. You would want a double wick if you had it in area that’s huge and open. The scent is so nice. I buy many of these every year. Peppermint is my favorite scent in a candle.

It stinks
I am very disappointed that Candy Cane Lane is not available anymore, looks like it’s been discontinued. I went ahead and bought this one because it appears to be somewhat of its equivalent. I could barely smell any hint of mint whatsoever and based on the other reviews, I’m not the only one who feels that way. If you’re going to get rid of a beloved product (I’ve been buying Candy Cane Lane for several years and have always looked forward to it), then at the very least make the similar product just as good. I barely even buy from this company anymore. Even the Home for the Holidays and my other faves don’t even smell the same. I saw this company had laid off about 13% of its employees so between that and the massive discounts I keep seeing, this company will be out of business in no time. It’s very sad, because I have always looked forward to buying from here every year but now, not so much. Rant over :(
