So disappointing and quite difficult to tell from the description and reviews what you’re going to get these days. Maybe the products are inconsistent (some batches smell while others dont) but this one was a total let down.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Neutral Floral Skin Scent I'm here laughing at my review summary because that makes no sense, but Line Dried Cotton is everything in line with warm, sunkissed florals + the warmth and radiance of skin scent type fragrances. I don't get a cotton vibe from this - and it is definitely not a laundry scent (I heartily despise laundry scents!). The central notes of lily, water and lavender are the most dominant and the mandarin top note beckons like warm sunshine. Cedarwood is warm and adds complexity, while softening the sweetness of the fruits and florals. Overall this scent will not please anyone who has laundry expectations or likes candles with assertive notes. I definitely picked up on this scent through my living room and it trailed up the steps, but it is low-key gentle. There are no loud notes to keep attracting your attention. I think this is a great neutral backdrop scent to burn during a party. It makes the house smell nice without cloying sweetness or heavy fruitiness. If you like pairing candles, this is an amazing complement to Midnight Jasmine or White Gardenia, as it allows those florals a chance to shine with greater complexity. Throw intensity: 5-6 (hence the 4-star review, could stand to be stronger). Excellent burn quality and pooling with an Illuma-lid.

The reason why it garnered only a 4 star and not a 5 star is because it did not fill my small living room with scent, but it was there and very much present. I think it would be best for a smaller bedroom or even a bathroom and doesn't seem like a bad idea! ;) I always prefer the large jar candles over any other and this one I wouldn't say disappointed.
