We bought this a week ago and tried it tonight, I do like the fragrance, but there is no plum in it, I dont know why? I really enjoy the scent of plums too!

I LOVE Sugared Plums!!
This is my absolute favorite candle since I began buying Yankee Candles for my home (and as my signature, "go to" gift for family and friends) since the 1990's in my mid 20's. Now, 35 years later, it's still my number one favorite scent. Christmas Eve and Sugared Plums are the same so, in actuality, they are both my number one favorite scents ever!!

Ever since this fragrance was introduced by Yankee Candle YEARS ago (after Home Sweet Home) for the Christmas holidays, it has been a favorite of mine and my daughter. I am so thankful it returns each year for us customers to purchase and experience its "cheery aroma of candied fruit" (during the season of listening to the "Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy" by Tchaikovsky from The Nutcracker Suite). The delicate blending of the orange, almond, lime, lemon, red berry, cinnamon, nutmeg, violet, amber, creamy praline, and vanilla oils produces a fragrance that twinkles throughout the room(s) in which it is burning. My review title suggests that this candle is a perfect gift for yourself and a family member or anyone special in your life.

The real scent of plums
this candle has top notes of orange, almond, lime, and lemon. in the middle of the candle (but can be smelled right away within the first hour of lighting the candle, you can smell the red berry, cinnamon, nutmeg). and you can finally find the violet, amber, praline, and vanilla. none of these notes over power the other. they have a perfect blend. Candied fruit at its best.

Sugared plums
I have bought these candles every year for 25 years. This year the scent is extremely low, you have to almost get next to the candle to smell it. They have always lit up the entire room with their smell and it’s not like that this year. I purchased six of these I have lit two of them and I am very disappointed.
