The Scent!
I discovered Honeycrisp Apple Cider a few years ago and it has made the cut as one of my absolute faves from Yankee Candle. The scent is realistic and makes me feel as if I'm in an apple orchard barn. I burn this from late summer through fall.

Do not like this scent!
I’m a big fan of the apple cider smells for fall-Christmas but this one I cannot stand. It does not smell like apple or cider, but has a sour like balsam or pine smell to me where I almost think I received the wrong candle. I do not like the wax color being yellow and Yankee has discontinued so many scents they need to nix this one and bring back mulled cider that is much better than apple cider. I’m afraid for this company as the younger generation takes over and obviously never smelled true apple cider or better and fragrant, mulling spiced apple cider. I hate this smell, I never had a scent I hate more, other than a plain pine I got as gift from a mother-in-law repeatedly, in a trio of one note scent candles set of cinnamon, sugar cookie and pine. What happened to old fashioned apple cider? I’d give Honercrisp zero stars if possible.

Very nice, but had to exchange
The fragrance when smelling the candle was very nice. However, when it burned, i couldn't really smell it. My husband did though. I did end up exchanging them for a different scent.

If you mean the Honeycrisp apple cider (yellow candle), I haven't found anything that is like this scent! They used to have one that was just plain apple cider which was a red candle. If that's the one you're talking about sugared cinnamon apple is something you might want to try!
