Coconut Rum Pineapple Popsicles

Enjoy the cool flavors of these delicious grown-up island treats from our friend @sugarandcharm — inspired by the fragrances of our new Last Paradise Collection!

Ingredients:

  • 5 slices pineapple — about 3/4ths of a pineapple (for super smooth pops,
    remove the middle of the pineapple and only use the outside ring)
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp coconut rum
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

To make:

  • Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until very smooth
  • Pour into popsicle molds using wooden popsicle sticks
  • Freeze overnight
  • Serve and enjoy!
