Does not smell like spruce
My dad bought this candle a couple of weeks ago. Can't go wrong with Yankee Candle, right? He was expecting kind of a Christmas tree smell but it smells like raspberries. He's disappointed. Maybe consider changing the name on this one to better describe the scent?

Just Okay
I like the smell and you can actually smell it when you walk into the room. But I don't like is how this candle is burning. I'm an avid candle burner so I know how to take care of candles. It doesn't matter with this one - as it burns, it sinks in the middle and leaves a 1/2 inch of candle around the sides. It doesn't matter how many hours you burn it - it doesn't burn evenly. Which leaves me no choice but to cut that edge out which - at $30 a jar candle - is an absolute waste of money.

Barely any throw :(
No throw. On cold sniff it smells fruity. Will probably take this back. Bought it because my bf liked it (against my better judgement). Why are candle companies skimping on quality? Might work in a small area. I expected a way better throw and more of a “Christmas Tree” scent. Should have went with my gut instinct :(

Wonderful Winter Fragrance!
I bought this first in an easy melt and loved it! Now have it in the Candles so I can burn a candle AND use the easy melt at same time. I do this with many of the fragrances so I get a really wonderful smelly Great Room! This fragrance has a good throw, smells to me like Winter Evergreens and makes my house feel so fresh! Other reviewers seem to think this fragrance is poor. For me---a Northern Wisconsin Gal--it is wonderful! Even better to get it 'On Sale'!!

Bah humbug!
My order arrived on time and in perfect condition. The color of the Icy Blue Spruce is gorgeous but from there ... it’s all downhill. There is absolutely ZERO, ZILCH, NADA, NONE, NO Christmas tree scent to this candle. Not. At. All. There is however, a very, very faint non-Christmas tree, (non-Christmas anything really) throw. My husband’s first impression was cotton candy. I purchased several and am quite disappointed in the scent but am satisfied with the rich color. It was nice to have a different option in color for the holiday season.

FAVE NEW WINTER SCENT!
I stocked up on 3 more of these after my first large jar purchase. This smells like Yankee opened a window on a balmy winter day. LOVE the fresh, outdoorsy smell. Doesn't smell Christmas-y so I intend to use them for several weeks. PLEASE keep this scent available!

One of my new favorites!
I had originally bought this as a gift. I'm not usually into the "Christmas tree" fragrance. But after receiving it I found that I really love this candle. It's no to strong but at the same time gives my whole house that Christmas tree farm smell. And the color is beautiful.

Lovely scent, but not burning properly
The scent is heaven, but I've burned it twice - allowing time for a complete puddle to form - (I am accurate about that because I was burning a different scent in another part of the house at the same time) and my Icy Blue Spruce will NOT melt out to the glass sides. I have a ring of solid wax about 1/3" wide against the glass. I am afraid it will burn straight down the center so I will be returning.

Terrific New Scent!
My wife and I have been burning this candle during most waking hours whenever we are home. We both love the scent, so much so that I placed another order so that we can give some as gifts, while having a spare candle for ourselves.

Fell short
I did this review already, but have been asked again. I really wanted to love this candle. It ordered it online. My disappointment is with the lack of strength or throw that I expect from Yankee Candles. Even cold, it barely had a scent. Greatly let down with this purchase. I burned it for the last time yesterday. I can’t say I miss it. Buyer beware!
