Where's the scent?
I purchased 7 large Yankee candles. This is the second one I've lit. I placed Christmas Wishes in my kitchen yesterday morning around 6am, with the hope the smell of St Nick would be there. I left it lit all day, the wax is down an inch, and we could not smell anything christmas or wishy, just smelt like a burning wick. I even checked to see is I accidently left a stove burner on, but it was this candle.

Not terribly pleasant
I did not enjoy this fragrance at all!
In my opinion it does not smell like the holidays.
It is fruity with cranberry and pomegranate as the top notes but there is a perfume undertone that I can't gravitate to that is not part of the fragrance notes.

Crisp Spicy Cranberry!
I cannot believe how gorgeous this candle smells! Christmas Wishes is vibrant and tart, with the cranberries taking dominant note. Instead of leaning sweet, fresh and fruity like Cranberry Chutney, what I get is a smooth undercurrent of warm spice that complements the bright berry notes to make it utterly festive! It smells like I'm making fresh cranberry sauce and added spice to the simmering pot. This is a great choice if you found the new Christmas Morning Punch too sweet. I find the throw definitely room-filling. Burn is excellent I had no trouble getting it to pool with an Illuma-Lid.

I am truly sorry for your loss. This is not like Home For the Holidays, as this is a warm fruity candle with spice notes. YC released Home For the Holidays this season but it sold out. Please keep checking back daily as I have seen candles dissappear, then reappear, from time to time.
