This is such a spring time scent with pine. So now I get to enjoy pine year round. The only thing I would say is the pine scent is not very strong it's more so a background scent that lingers.

The pine scent is not as strong as some of the more traditional winter scents like balsam fir,, but it’s a really nice, balanced scent. The candle fills my home with the blend of pine and fern and I find it to be very pleasant. I had not smelled this candle before, but I am very happy with it.

To me, it does not remind me of a Christmas tree; yes, you do get the pine notes but there are other notes that add a watery crispness to the candle if that makes sense. Imagine being out in a canyon on a cool spring day after a rain shower, surrounded by wet trees. That's what I get from this candle. There's an airiness to the fragrance that makes this ideal for the spring season, but this could be a year-round candle. The throw is on the medium side but still noticeable. I wouldn't mind getting another one just in case they don't bring it back. Highly recommend.
