Yankee Candle owes me $5 for this item. It was offered free upon checkout so I added it to my order, then they charged me for it. I've asked for a refund twice and they've been unbelievably rude in their emails, and have not refunded me. Seriously unbelievable. Perhaps this review will get the attention of someone who will refund my money. They also waited a week to ship the order it was with, which included time sensitive birthday gifts, and only shipped it after I finally just asked them to cancel since it wouldn't arrive on time. I'm a 20+ year customer but won't buy their products again.
