Damaged order, no communication
I ordered several other refills. After two months I inquired as to the order. I was told they were damaged enroute a couple weeks ago. No one advised me of this. Then they asked if I still wanted my order fulfilled.

I absolutely love this particular scent. Balsam & Cedar is one of my favorites. I usually start using it the beginning of December and continue on through the colder months. The scent fills my home with balsam and the great outdoors. A lovely way to keep the season until the Spring comes along.

This is just a nice fresh and crisp scent! Yes it is a Christmas scent but it just reminds me of a cold winter day. The scent is just so nice! I use it in the winter and not just at Christmas! Buy in store though not online. They don’t package well and it leaked on my other things!😭

Oh, Christmas Tree!
