Glass Piece Poorly Made
So this has a decent working interior assembly, simple enough to use; remove glass piece, add water and fragrance oil. It has a timer and two lighting options for the LED lights. The base is flimsy to support the big glass piece, too heavy. And upon inspecting the glass itself, you can clearly see marks on the top that were made during the manufacturing process! Any business would see this quality control failure and pull the thing from retail! If it weren’t on sale I’d never ever pay full price for this!

Great diffuser! Lasts the full 10 hours(if not longer) if you set it on the intermittent setting. It also has 2 light settings which is great.

So nice!
Love the cutting of the cover, one refill lasts me a few nights. The scent is quite noticeable in the beginning but does become subtler later on which is totally fine. I am enjoying it so far!! One thing though, the cover seemed a bit chipped, I am not sure if that's how it's supposed to be or not.

I want to love it, won’t stay on, tried everything
It’s gorgeous but I can not get it to stay on for more than 3 seconds. Plus it in, its level, below the max fill line, turns on then off. I have tried everything.

Depends on the kind of oil you use.They are safe and non toxic if the oils are all natural and high quality.Cheap oils from Walmart or other retailers are synthetic and are not good to use.adafe oils are from Dottera,yankee,and scentsy as far as I&rsquo;m aware.

Why do we need to ONLY use the oils suggested why can't the other bath and body oils be used? There are no oils that I find appealing that are suggested to use in this diffuser
