Store Pickup is Now Available at Select Locations

While we haven’t fully returned to normal operations yet, we are pleased to be able to offer a new social-distancing-friendly Curbside Pickup option at select Yankee Candle® stores. Your favorite fragrances are waiting for you. Just order by phone and pick up your items without even leaving your car. It’s easy, quick, and safe.

• HERE’S HOW IT WORKS •

  1. Call your store between 11AM – 6PM to place your order with a store associate. If you get a busy signal, please try again and thanks for your patience!
  2. We’ll call you back shortly to confirm your items are available and to take payment over the phone. (Credit cards only, please.)
  3. Head to your store any time between 11AM and 6PM, and park in the pick-up location you were given when your order was confirmed.
  4. Call the store and provide your last name and the make & model of your vehicle. We’ll bring the order out to your car in just a few minutes — we’ll even put it right in your trunk.
  5. Go home and enjoy!
