The jar of this candle is simple and beautiful. The wood lid is nice too and just the candle itself looks nice in a room. The scent is just as described, lavender and mint. The lavender is strong.

The nicer smelling one out of the 2 other i got , sea minerals and gardenia. However, the smell isnt really potent. My husband and I kept saying we couldnt even smeel it :(

I purchased three different scents of the Chesapeake Bay candles on sale for $5 each. They smell great when NOT lit. Once lit, I don't smell them. I'm very disappointed because my other Yankee candles always have a strong scent.
