If for any reason you don’t, even if you just change your mind, simply return your item to any of our Yankee Candle Stores for a full refund or exchange. Or you can send it to us at the Web and Store Orders address below. Whatever makes you happy is always best!
To return an item to a store, you’ll need two things:
• Your detailed order confirmation email or store receipt.
• The credit or debit card used to make your purchase.
Please note that if your purchase was made using PayPal® and you don’t have your email confirmation accompany your return, your refund will be issued in the form of a Yankee Candle Gift Card.
