Doesn't Work
I can not get wax to fully melt in this. The wax that does melt ends up partly resolidifying, and the biggest problem is that I can't smell anything unless I put my nose right over the wax. With my other wax warmers the scent will fill an entire room as soon as it begins to melt. With this one I can't smell anything.

So magical!
I'm convinced that if people could see how gorgeous this warmer is when lit up, it would have sold out by now! The flickering light shows off a woodland scene that's only visible when a tealight's burning inside. Sets a lovely, peaceful mood for enjoying your favorite fragrances! If you find the wax doesn't melt well enough, you can put something heat resistant under the tealight (like the empty tin from a travel candle, or the top of a medicine bottle). You just need to be sure to leave at least 2&1/2 - 3&1/2 inches clearance between the flame & the bottom of the wax dish. The metal dish is removable, so it's easy to put in the freezer for a bit to help the spent wax pop out more easily. I originally purchased one for myself, & then got two more to give as gifts. At the sale price, they are such a fantastic deal!

Beautiful Scene, but came on damaged!
I could not wait to receive this wax warmer. I do have a few other items in this Winter Design. But, I cannot use it because the bottom is dented and is wobbling and spilling all over my coffee table!

Beautiful candle holders
I am very pleased with the Winter Scene collection. Absolutely beautiful. Now Yankee needs to make the candles the way they used to before the company was sold. The candles I bought definitely are a cheaper quality. The scents are not as strong as they used to be. Cutting costs by cutting quality, and raising prices, means you will lose some older customers.

Pretty, but doesn't work well
Received this as a Christmas gift. Had to put it right to use with a refill I'd bought from YankeeCandle.com and hadn't yet used in a Dollar Tree soapstone tealight warmer I had planned to use. Well, I wish I'd used it first, as this one hardly melted the outside of the wax by the time the tealight was done. Moved the rest of the wax to the dollar store warmer, lit a new tealight under it, and within minutes, the room was fully scented with a beautiful balsam scent from the melt refill, also from Yankee Candle online. Don't waste the redonkulous price on this one. I give it two stars because it's very pretty. But that isn't the function.

If you cannot find the unscented tea lites, you can use a complimenting scent. I purchased Christmas Cookie for mine but am unable to use this wax warmer due to a severe defect!!

Just break up the wax and remove from the scenterpiece cup, add wax and you're good!
