You will not see any vapor going from the scent plugins. Gotta ask you the obvious questions here.... Is the outlet you're plugged into operational? Do you have the liquid scent refills that snap into Plugin? Every single plugin I've had from Yankee Candle has always produced a very strong scent, no matter if the scent of the refill cartridge is mild. If your answer to all of these questions above is yes, then maybe your plugin diffuser is faulty. Does the light come on when plugged in? After being plugged for an hour or so, is the body of the plug-in warm to the touch?

Yes, it does. It’s a fairly “sensitive” sensor, but works perfectly. The night light itself gives off a feeling warmth. Perfect for Christmas.
