Great scent for my car
I decided to try the Macintosh car vent fragrance. I use macintosh candles all over my home. Literally like 10 of them Burning at once. Lol. Love the scent. Now I have that amazing smell in my car too..

frustrated with product
I bought six of these vent clips, i love macintosh apples. I first used them on my air conditioner vents which are just like care vents, tried them on my fan, and then finally in a car.. NOTHING.. if you want to smell it you must put your nose right up onto the clip. I was really looking forward to have such a wonderful scent in my house, and also in my home health aids car.

Delightful Macintosh apple smell
This little thing is incredibly powerful (I have to put the diffuser on the minimum setting) but smells delightfully of the apples I was hoping for. Makes the car feel fresh and fruit-filled. Lovely.

Simply the BEST fragrance!
This product is the best! As I sat in grid-locked traffic, weary after a long day's work, a gentle fragrance wafted through my vehicle and I was instantly brought back to a simpler and happy time from long ago. Thoughts of laughing as my family an I picked apple in Connecticut, drinking icy apple cider and seeing who could pick the most beautiful apple. This fragrance is not over-powering, rather subtle enough to engage your senses and warm the heart. Now I find that I smile more when I am in my car, all due to my lovely fragrant Macintosh fragrance. Thank you, Yankee, for providing me with a great memory!

Wish it lasted
I love the scent, but I've had 3 and they each only lasted a few days. And even then it had to be HOT to smell it at all. Not "above 70 degrees" as the rep mentioned, more like 100+ when the car has been parked in the sun closed up for several hours. When you first get in you can smell the fragrance but after 5 minutes with the a/c on it's gone. And in cold weather the warm air from the heater isn't hot enough to generate much scent.

No sent after the 1st day.
I have had this vet clip for 3 week now. It smelled good for the 1st day or two and then the smell disappeared. I also noticed that the level of fluid in the clip has never changed. I am sorry that I purchased two of these.

Good product.
Always used vehicle clips but the aroma did not smell. Yankee has come up with a great product and the scent last longer than other clips.

Purchased above item and scent barley lasted 2 weeks.
While the price was good. The product did not last that long. Ended up throwing it a way. None of the vents or jars last as long as stated.

Maybe a bad batch?
I have used the original vent sticks and other car products for years so decided to try these, plus they had a good review. I bought one about a month ago. When I opened it, I did get the aroma of McIntosh.apple, for about one day. After a month, the oil level in the device had not gone down at all. I returned it to the store and the salesperson gave me a replacement. I suggested she send mine back to the factory so they could see what was happening.
I had her open the second one herself in the store, and there was hardly any aroma. After a few days in my car, still nothing.
This is quite surprising as Yankee Candle products are always excellent. I have to think there's a bad batch of Smart Scents out there and I hope customer service will pick up on this. They may need to do a recall. And yes, I did read the review where they mentioned air movement. Mine was in the dash vent and my climate control A/C is on all the time.

Not good, does not work..
I love Macintosh. I have used lots of this scent products. Especially, I recently heard that this smart scent vent clip is the most powerful and it works well in the car. However, as a result, I does not work. I could not notice this clip is in my CAR, even though I bought it 2 days ago. I'm not sure whether the very product which I bought doesn't work or not.
