I wanted to try something new and thought I’ve smelled it in store before a few times but didn’t immediately love enough to pick up. Smelling cold, I thought it smelled a bit beachy but also mixed with something else. Once burning, the candle really surprised me. It’s such a fresh scent and super strong but not like headache overpowering. A good strength level. I lit it in the bathroom to first try it out, went outside for something and after walking back in the front door (about two doors and hallway apart) I could smell it as soon as I opened the front door. It’s a nice background scent as in strong but nice to have lit while working on things. Because of this, I usually have it on in the hall now or living room if working from home. The scent almost smells more fresh laundry/rain type with the water portion of the beach mixed in. I’m very pleased with this candle and the scent surprised me in a good way.
