Rated 1 out of 5 by from Yankee candle return is a joke. Two candles of 3 from order smelled like maple. I returned them. The tracking number indicates they were delivered 2 weeks ago. I have never received acknowledgment of the return. Never received refund. I called twice. Both times, customer service acts as though they will fix. Yet, both times they said I asked for replacement. Never asked for replacement. Never once. I ordered two more orders what I wanted to replace. Ridiculous. You guys could have done better. Its condescending and rude to treat customers like this. Please take me off all mailing, including email. I will order from Goose Creek. They are American based and take pride in their customer relations.
