What was a great scent turned out to be barely existent when lit
I'd like to report that when you burn Beach Wood it smells half as good as when you lift the lid and smell the memory of spending the summers at the beach like I did. Unfortunately, the scent when burning is so faint that you have to go up to the candle, put your nose directly above it to get any scent whatsoever. I love Yankee Candles and was highly disappointed in Beach Wood. I wish I could disagree with the countless other reviews that have reported the same thing.

Low Fragrance
It smelled so good in the store, but I can't smell it when I burn it like my other favorite Yankee Candles. It seems to be an issue with this particular scent, so I wanted to reinforce that it is true.

The scent takes me right to the beach!
The moment I open the lid I am right back to the beach..especially during the gray winter months. The beach is my favorite place in all the world and this candle brings it to my home!

Beach Wood
my sister had the Beach Wood in a tea light candle. I loved it . I purchased the larger size to burn while i cleaned at a salon. I must say I am very disappointed .You cant smell it as others I have purchased. There is not one Yankee Candle that I have you cant not smell throughout the room inwhich it is being burnt,other than Beach Wood. I would not suggest this fragrance , however there are many that i would.

Clean and fresh scent.
Makes my entire house smell good. I have both the candles and the wax melts. Just wish they had the electric plug ins in this fragrence.

Sandalwood Scented, Pretty
Mine has been lit over 6 hours and hardly any wax is gone. I agree it's not powerful but too much vetiver is obnoxious. I love my festive scents in the summer and summer fragrances all winter.
Beach Wood has unisex appeal and I love that it looks like poured sand in the jar.
