Runs out twice as fast as other plugs
I have several scent plugs and I keep them set on high. This one was set to the lowest setting and it ran out in half the time. I don't know if this is true for all of the new scent plugs but this one was very disappointing.

Refills run out quickly
I love this design so much. I bought two of them and used them in two different rooms. Sadly, the liquid ran completely out in 4 days! I only used the Scentplug on the medium and low settings, but the refills are supposed to last up to 30 days. Four days seems really quick even for the medium setting. Not sure if it's the plug or the refill, but it's pretty disappointing because I was hoping I could leave these plugged in and just switch them out once a month.
