Not sure about hours but I find if using it a few hours at a time they will last 5-6 days maybe longer depending on the scent. Some are stronger than others. I really like them though!!

In response to your concern, we still have an available Scenterpiece Wax Warmer and Scenterpiece MeltCups on our website and we do not have information if we are going to discontinue our Scenterpiece Wax Warmer and the MeltCups. Do I have to use a warmer? Could I just leave it out on my desk, without warming it, and still experience the fragrance?

You would get a slight scent but nowhere near the intensity of when it heats up in the warmer. I think it would also depend on the scent as some are stronger than others.

Can I use the gel tins in my usual electric warmer that I use for my wax melts? Either put the gel directly in the warmer, or sit the gel tin in the warmer?

I use my usual electric warmer and set the tin with the gel in it right in the warmer. Have not taken the out of the tin, actually I don't know how they are meant to be used but that's working for me. I really like them.

We do not make refills for these and suggest purchasing a new one when used completely.

No these are not compatible with the wax warmers or Scenterpiece warmers, they are designed and manufactured for use only in a Gel Warmer.
