Rated 1 out of 5 by from No scent! This candle had a light refreshing scent when I bought it from the Yankee store, but I cannot smell a thing when I burn it. I even bought lemon essential oil and added to it just so I could smell SOMETHING, but it did not help. I’m finding Yankee candles are not as strong as they used to be. I don’t have a store in my town anymore so I have to ship. I have had multiple disappointments on candles I had high hopes for.

On initial burn I smell more lemon than ginger, but as you burn it longer the ginger becomes more prominent (like a piece of gingerbread with lemon drizzle icing). This candle burns more evenly than the other Lg Square Well Living candles I've purchased in the past, but I still need to burn it a little longer than the recommended 3-4 hours if I don't want two of the four corners to remain unmelted. I'm happy with it but would have liked a stronger throw.

By that I mean I smell the ginger and lemon equally. Please, Yankee, keep this in your candle lineup!

Very fragrant whereas others I couldn’t smell anything. It’s burns well and seems to have a longer burn life. The wooden top doubles as a base and makes a nice wooden coaster once you’ve finished burning your candle.

This candle is beautiful and the smells refreshing and relaxing at the same time. The 3 wicks when lit provides ample light and fragrance. I like that the lid is placed under the candle when in use. So far I am impressed with the burn time and use my candle at least 3 times a week.

It has a wooden lid and the lid doubles as a coaster for the candle when the lid is off. The scent is made with essential oils and the total weight of the candle is 19.5 oz.

I like that you can use the top as a base. That way you can put it back on after the candle has cooled down and you don’t lose it.

I could actually leave it burning all day and all night but then I’m afraid it will burn up and I won’t have it anymore lol. I recommend this candle go out and buy it for yourself and try it.
