They were not able to pull up my rewards in the store so I had to pull it up on my phone and place it as an on-line order for store pick-up. Even though I was physically in the store and had the candle in my hand, they would not allow me to take it saying they had 2 days to "fill the order" and I would have to come back. I live an hour away and did not go back to pick it up.
