I gave this a 5 star because Balsam & Cedar is my favorite Christmas scent but unfortunely it came broken. I called customer service and they let me replace it with the same scent but another candle of the same price. What better time to get it for next Christmas when it's on sale. Customer service was great and the replacement candle came quickly.
