I hadn’t actually used Yankee Candle before. First impression wasn’t great on candle itself. I was able to burn a little of it but unfortunately the candle tunnels horribly and now just puts itself out with the wax. Disappointing because not all of the scents I got did this. Hoping this is a one off but now not confident on buying more for my employees.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Burns badly, but has a strong scent My mother buys the Sparkling Cinnamon large jar candles for her bathroom & the house. She burns 3 at a time. I caught her using a spoon to dig out unmelted wax. She's burned herself twice, she's 75, in bad health, & weighs 85 pounds. These candles/scent make her happy. The candles burn down the center, have low fire & many times they burn out & she has to dig out the whick to relight them. I had to break a jar once to get the candle that was half burned out & cut off the excess wax, so she could relight it. These cost $16.99 ($18.39 with tax) at Walmart, she burns 3 at a time, so she's burning $55.17 at a time. They last about a week. Monthly, she is burning @ $220.70 - on candles that don't burn correctly - only because they are the best/strongest Cinnamon/clove candles she can find. What is the deal with how badly they burn? Yankee Candle reps, please help me help make my mother's last days happy & stress free, with candles that burn correctly.

Unfortunately the candle burned only half way before i lost the wick. Wax was built up on the side of the jar but never melted. I hope this was a fluke. I tossed this candle but will try again because i love the fragrance.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed It hurt to give this candle 1 star. I love it but it will not burn properly for me. I have 1 wick and 2 wick and it tunnels every time. It breaks my heart. I have tried it 3 times and I just have to give up. I have tried with cap and without on the 1 wick. I have never had a problem with any other candle. Yankee always exchanges it for me but after this last time, I just have to move on. But I love the Yankee candle line and have been a customer for over 25 years.
