Not what I expected.
I typically love scents in this category, but this was really strong and had seemingly an artificial chemical smell to it. I couldn't stand it.

Light woodsy scent
For YC woodsy scents, this was on the lighter side. I tend to find them overpowering, but this one didn't bother me. I actually wished this one had stronger throw, as the scent was quite faint.

I received a sample of this with my online order - would never have picked this scent on my own. What a pleasant surprise. Sort of a masculine scent. It does evoke the feeling of a lakefront lodge - to me it smells smoky, woody, fresh.

I have this in a larger candle as well. I use this in my bedroom on a warmer. It smells great to me, like a good men's cologne. Not too strong and I would use this scent year-round.
