Curbside Pickup and Inventory Update

Although we’re not able to return to normal operations yet, we have some great news: we’ve just launched a contact-free Curbside Pickup service at select Yankee Candle® Company Store locations! Please check our Store Locator to see if your local store is offering Curbside Pickup, and visit our new FAQ for all the details on this exciting social-distancing-friendly service. We will continue to follow state and local guidance on the full reopening of our stores, so please keep an eye on the store locator for the latest updates.

As part of the steps we are taking to ensure the wellbeing of our employees, we have temporarily paused production. This means that some of our most popular items may go out of stock until we are able to resume production, and we may not be able to fill some Auto-Ship orders. It may also take us a little longer than usual to ship out orders. We’re really sorry, and we’re working to find a solution as quickly as we can so you won’t miss your favorite fragrances for too long.

If Curbside Pickup is not yet offered at your local store, our fragrances may be found on the websites of our valued partners: Walmart®, Amazon.com, Meijer®, Bed Bath & Beyond®, Kohl’s®, Kroger®, Fred Meyer®, and others that can be found by visiting our store locator. We hope you find something that can add a little comfort to your life and your home during this stressful time.
