Everyone that walks into a Yankee Candle store will say I want my home to smell like this. As I did the first time I smelled my first Yankee Candle. My first was White Christmas, and over the years pink sand and now everything Beach Walk. when I come home from a hard day, a hot sticky day, or I’m stressed..,the feeling of Awww!! Walking into my home at the need if the day to the great scents of Yankee Candles makes it a good day. Puts a smile on with the feeling of comfort to be home. Smells like a vacation!
I bought this hoping it would smell fresh, clean and as if I were at the beach and it did just that! I love Yankee candles. They last long and no matter what scent you choose, the smell just makes your home feels so much more pleasant!!

Light & Gentle
Hubby picked this one out because he liked the light, pleasant scent. It smelled like a fresh, gentle soap, but didn’t work well for my intended purpose to eliminate cooking odor. I lit it with Tahitian Nights (which has a stronger powdery and floral scent) that hubby picked up on the same shopping trip, and the combination was very pretty and celestial, and worked for my purpose, too.

Makes me feel like a I at the shore!
I bought this candle over the summer and I feel in love. I always go to the shore every summer however my mom is in now at home in hospice care , so last summer we couldn't go. This candle brought the beach home to us. It truly made me days seem a little brighter with simply a smell. It made us both feel like we were at the shore!!

Instant smile
Imagine sitting on a hammock in the backyard just at the end of spring. There is a light breeze and the fresh smell of new blossoming flowers, citrus trees and grass, lilts thru the air. The butterflies dance, and you hear birdsong nearby. It's 71 degrees out and you gaze up into the sky to see a few clouds float by. That's exactly what you will think of when you smell this candle. It's light and and springtime feeling! I just smile whenever I light this candle. It makes any place my Happy Place!

It's a good smell if you don't burn it
It's OK. There isn't a lot of throw
I tried burning it out of the candle holder thinking maybe it was blocking the smell... that wasn't it. It smells good just not a lot.

This may seem strange but are the scents from essential oils or are they made chemically?

I have a friend who cannot handle (she gets piercing head pains) from very strong scents BUT IF they come from essential oils rather than chemicals she is okay with them. I LOVE this particular scent (Beach Walk) and would love to share one with her but I don't want to make her ill when I do :-)
