Love the light effects
I love the light effects from the crackle glass candle shade. The hand-painted birds are adorable, and the quality is very good. I have the votive holders too, and they make a lovely ensemble. Reminds me of the Christmas decorations at my Grandma's house :)

Great features
This product has great features and really lets the candle burn evenly. It is more than just for the Christmas season as I am still using it in February since it is cold with the bushes still in bloom with beautiful red berries and with cardinals and other birds feeding on branches and feeders all around us. I love to see the candle glow through the beautiful crackle glass as I find the glow so relaxing.

Very elegant and can be used all winter vs just at Christmas
I have forced hot air from ceiling vents vs floor vents. I tried to control my candle flame with an illumna-lid, but it did not work. I tired this jar shade and it is perfect. More elegant than the illumna-lid and works perfect. I am going to buy another one.
