Such a Dreamy Scent...
I have this two wick tumbler placed very sweetly next to my bed, I just ADORE it! Soft Blanket is so fresh and clean that it simply does not compare to anything else I have ever smelled, it is in a league of all it's own. Soft Blanket is the essence of a beautifully clean, and welcoming home.

Delightfully Warm
Do not let the name fool you. "Soft Blanket" is not just another "detergent" candle. The scent is very warm and relaxing, like an actual blanket. It's more of a nostalgic scent than anything. It's rather hard to put the experience to words, because I think you'll find your own description is more accurate.
The inviting, relaxing scent fills the room quickly in this large size.
The only reason I did not give it a perfect 5 is because as this candle has burned, it has taken on a translucent, jelly like appearance that is unatttractive. The scent is unaffected, however.

Great strong laundry fragrance
I love the clean smelling candles best of all and this one is my favorite. It's strong enough to smell throughout the entire apartment (we live in a 1700 sq foot) and smells like fresh clean laundry from the dryer. I think this is our fifth or sixth candle.

Inviting scent
This candle is my favorite scent EVER. Even more than the C'est Moi from PartyLite! Everytime I smell it, I feel a warm, comforting rush come over me. Like I'm snuggling with my son when he was just a baby. Brings back very happy memories.

So soft and comforting!
One of my favorite things about Yankee Candle is how accurate the pictures on each candle are. "Soft Blanket" is no exception, since this scent is so soft and cuddly feeling, just like the cute little teddy bear implies!
I burned this candle non-stop earlier this year, and it really filled up the room. I liked burning it in the evening, since it was so relaxing and calming.
This isn't your typical baby powder scent, so when I call it "soft," don't think that that's what I'm getting at. This is definitely a deeper soft scent (if that even makes sense), but it's not musky or anything like that. It's actually very difficult to describe. I wish YC would provide more thorough scent descriptions with their products sometimes, since I have a hard time putting my finger (or nose?) on the exact notes.
At any rate, this is a lovely scent that I think would appeal to lots of noses. Even though it's a "fresh" scent, it's not one of those that smells like perfume or cologne. I loves it very much! :)

So relaxing
I absolutely love this fragrance. It seems like it's going to be very light but when it burns it's so nice and strong. It's just a nice clean scent without being a chemical detergent smell. It's such a comforting and relaxing smell. With all the scents Yankee makes, I can without a doubt declare that this is my favorite of all. Please don't ever retire this!!!
