I got this wax melt for my electric warmer since I liked the smell of freshly baked cookies. I usually use my warmer in conjunction with burning a candle, but in this case, I only used the wax melt and it still smelled very nice. I wouldn't say the sweet fragrance filled my entire house the way it would have if I burned a candle with this, but it was strong enough to make the room that I had it plugged into nice as well as the room right next to it. The fragrance was not overly strong, but strong enough that I was able to smell it and enjoyed it, so I would recommend this product.

This tart smells wonderful when you unwrap it. There is a buttery, faintly almondy, scent with a nice cherry facet to it that does indeed remind me of those jammy thumbprint cookies. However when melted the scents of fruit and almonds fade to the background. I gave this 3 stars because it is an OK scent but CHRISTMAS COOKIE is a better choice for what this tart delivers.

Had High Hopes…
For Snowflake Cookie. The snowflake cookies on the label and the light pink wax is so pretty.
The scent itself was disappointing. This medium intense tart smells like melted butter with a little bit of sugar added. The butter is overpowering.
I wish Yankee Candle would introduce a vanilla based candle that is not too sweet or buttery, similar to the retired Christmas Cupcake.

A Sweet Winter Treat
Yummy! This candle smells very light through the plastic, but once melted has a fabulous throw. The smell is lovely and not even a bit cloying - a great scent for burning around those with allergies. I'm glad Yankee is coming out with some lighter smells that still throw well.
The scent of Snowflake Cookie is a bit hard to place, but I love it! It's a lot like Christmas Cookie, only less buttery. I want to say it smells like there is some coconut scent in there.

I'm really enjoying this Snowflake Cookie tart, it smells just like the cookies I bake around the holidays for my family and friends. It has a medium throw and a yummy scent that is good enough to stand on its own but can also blend easily with other fragrances.

I very very rarely give one star, because I understand that everyone has a different preference when it comes to scents, but this one smelled gross to me, not at all like a cookie, and the throw was incredibly weak. Had I liked the scent, I don't think I could have smelled it 10 feet from the burner. Disappointing.

Fresh and warm from the kitchen
What's not to like about holiday cookies? Snowflake Cookie added a touch of warmth to my kitchen on a chilly autumn morning. That said, I don't find that it stands out from other cookie scents that YC has produced but is still pleasant, fragrant and about average for throw.. Overall, food candles are not my top faves, so I offer these comments with a grain of salt...(or maybe sugar)!

Toothache inducing sweet
I first tried Snowflake cookie in the votive and I loved it, very sugary and sweet with a light throw. The tart, however, had such a strong, sweet aroma that I turned off my tart warmer and threw it away. I did not think it was possible but this scent is TOO sweet for me. It reminds me of the Red Velvet cake scent which I also do not like. I'm sure others will like this scent but it's just not for me. That's the great thing about the Votive Samplers and tarts; you can try the new scents without committing to a whole candle!
