Love this scent!
This is a great, light scent. It is not overpowering, yet calming and peaceful. I was pleasantly surprised. Perfect for setting a relaxing mood during the holiday season!

NOT EXACTLY WINTER
If your idea of peaceful is a soak in the tub, this scent may be a good fit. A light perfume-like scent, It seems better suited to warmer weather. At least I wouldn't associate it with snow drifts and moonlight. ( that photo, by the way, is strikingly beautiful.)

Smells like Cheap....Something?
I couldn't say whether this smells more like a cheap candle, cheap perfume, or a cheap cleaner...but it's something along those lines. Nothing peaceful about this one. Not a wintery smell, not a relaxing smell, not what you would think when thinking "Season of Peace".

Captures the Serenity
How do you sum up the emotion, Season of Peace, in a candle? Somehow YC has done just that very nicely for me. I find there is a definite coolness and perhaps a bit of scent of trees and of course the prevailing muskiness, all of which add lots of nuance to this candle, feeling like a tranquil winter morning to me. Excellent throw from my electric tart warmer was also a plus. I could use this right through the winter months.
The true test of a candle's appeal for me is whether I would invest in a larger size. Season of Peace and Celebrate Christmas, reflecting two aspects of this wonderful holiday season, are well worth large jar purchase.

Smells Like Old Parfume
I purchased this tart about a week ago. Upon melting it, it produced a heavy strangely musky (sort of akin to a funerary arrangement or like a 20 year old bottle of very cheap perfume just like cbii stated.) Smelling it before it's melted is an entirely different smell, very light. It really is a Jekyll and Hyde scent because when it melts it becomes incredibly overbearing and entirely not elegant just heavy. I will stick with crisper scents in the future. I'm glad it was only a tart and not a full fledged candle, as it would have been a waste of money.

I am glad I bought the tart and not a whole jar because I will pass on this one. It does not make you feel anything like Christmas, instead I feel like I am smelling a cheap bottle of cologne or perfume from Avon, the musk takes over and overpowers any of scent. If I stand over the tart burner I can smell a hint of peppermint but the musk makes it to much like a cologne scent that is better off for spring because it also has a flower undertone. Not for me and not for my holiday fragrancing. I give it a fair because if someone wants their house to smell like a perfume factory for the holidays this is the one for them.
