I didn't like this one as much as many of the others I've tried. It smells like someone added men's body spray to a laundry detergent. Not a terrible smell, but it doesn't smell like rain, either.
Maybe with a different name? "Man Trying Too Hard on First Date," perhaps.
That said, it's not a bad smell, and the men in my house liked it. It's a good strong throw, so if you like the scent you will definitely get your money's worth!

Smelled like Cheap Cologne or Laundry Detergent
I wish this one actually smelled like rain in November, I was so excited when I finally found one in a store (since they've been sold out online for weeks). Sadly, when I got it home and melted it, it smelled like the Axe spray my husband wore in college and a little bit like our Arm and Hammer detergent. I guess some may like this one, which is why I still say I'd recommend it for others, but it's not my flavor.

not a fall scent...
I was really excited for this tart and hoped that it would have a musky scent- something great to put in the warmer on a foggy or rainy day reading a book. When I put it in, I found that it smells of laundry detergent in an overwhelming way. Even after I turned the warmer off several days later, it overpowered the room and made me nauseous. I am sensitive to perfumed scents, so keep that in mind as well, but I would not reccomend.

Strong and Excellent!
The fragrance in this tart is so strong I only had to use half! I love the scent, it's very fresh and clean and reminds me of laundry detergent.

At least I gave it a try. . .
Bought the tart. If you like a strong, perfumey fragrance this one is for you. You could probably even use half of it in a plug-in scentsy warmer and still fill a large space. I used the entire wax melt in a standard scentsy warmer and I could smell it throughout the majority of my 5000 sq ft home and it was still so strong that it gave me a headache. For reference I tend to lean towards more natural and clean fragrances. This one was just too perfumey for me.

If it rained 300 days out of the year, I'd be a happy girl; so I was very hopeful for this fragrance. Perhaps this fragrance would be pleasant in a VERY large space/home where it might dissipate a lot. But, to me, it had an overpowering fragrance of laundry detergent. However, if you're just looking to cover up an unpleasant odor, this would certainly do the trick.
