The fresh smell of spring
I like to purchase the votive sampler candles prior to purchasing a larger candle to make sure I like the scent. There is no doubt that I am in love with this fragrance! It has such a wonderful "fresh" scent without being overbearing. Even my mom liked the scent and she is picky when it comes to fragrances. This candle reminds me of a spring. The votive was able to scent my bedroom in about a 1.5 hours and has maintained its scent once lit. I will definitely be buying the larger version of this candle!

Smells very fresh & clean!
This scent has a very fresh, clean smell. I took a gamble in ordering this scent as I hadn't smelled it before, but as it turns out, I made a great choice!

Smells like fresh rain on a spring day
I was in search of this particular color of candle to match my decor as well as a fresh scent. Being a big fan of yankee candles I was very pleased. The candle scent reminds me of rain in a field on a warm spring day. This shade of green was very pleasing too.

Nice fresh scent like outdoors
of all the approximately 25 fragrances I have used, this is definitely one that will not disappoint. One of my favorites. Beautiful color also.

Fresh, clean smell
I enjoyed it although it was fairly light, so it might be better as a larger candle size. Would get it again. Sort of a cut grass smell- although I havent tried that Yankee candle yet.

Get them while you can
Like every decent scent, YK never keeps for any length of time and few good ones remain. They continue to go down hill and rapidly loosing what made them great. Sad to say.

Too perfumey to be fresh
Meadow Showers votive candle is fairly perfumey and overpowering. It smells vaguely of rain, but mostly of powder and perfume. Fresher scents from Yankee Candle are their Fresh Mint and Greenhouse.

warm spring rain
I love the smell of this candle. It has a fesh morning warm spring rain. It make you feel good and refreshed. You urn for the childhood days of playing in the rain and smelling the air so clean.
