One of the best I have ever bought.
The lumiwick are great! Burn evenly and cleanly. As a lover of Lavender, it met all my expectations and more.

beautiful in every way
I am finding that I love the Pure Radiance line of candles more and more. There is no wick to trim, the wax pool forms so quickly, and I get really good to awesome throw with these; this candle is no exception. Let's begin with the beautiful shade of wax. It is so pretty to look at, as is the deeper shade of purple wax pool. This throws exceptionally well but is not cloying . It scents my entire bedroom but not in a choking way. The traditional and exceptional Yankee lavender is there but that something extra in the chiffon portion adds a level of relaxation and beauty. There is a slight creamy, perhaps a slight white musk note in there that heightens the lavender, and does not compete or negate the true lavender scent. This is defiinitely a repurchase for me, and is a wonderful way to wind down the day and relax. If you enjoy any of the other Yankee lavender scents, I doubt you would be disappointed in this one. Add the slight and subtle sizzle and crackle of the wick, and you have a perfect way to relax with some aromatherapy.

Creamy, soft, great value, excellent burn, beautiful appearance
Normally I despise lavender scents. However, my in-store associate knew me well and encouraged me to give this one a try. She was right - it's been a delight to burn. For those that want a more mellow, soft version of lavender, this is a good choice. The notes leave out the wildflower-weedy type scent I am not fond of with "raw" lavender that you get if you were to walk by a bush outside. This is soft and creamy, like a lotion, shampoo, or soap. I can smell it about 10 ft. from where it's lit in a room with 10 ft. ceilings and is about 14x14 sq. ft. If you love purple hues, the wax pool alone after burning about 2 hrs. will have you in awe - it's the most beautiful purple-wine color and contrasts nicely with the soft purple color of the cold wax. The crackling is subtle. I've been very pleased with the Pure Radiance Crackling line. Burn time lasts ages! Definitely a good value when I purchased it during a BOGO free sale. If you're on the fence about Lavender, this one is for you.

NO THROW OR CRACKLE
I PURCHASED 4 OF THESE CANDLES BECAUSE I WANTED TO TRY THE PURE RADIANCE AND USE CANDLES TO RELAX, SO I THOUGHT THE CRACKLE WOULD ADD TO THE RELAXATION CANDLES GIVE ME. THEY WERE BOGO 50% OFF WHICH ALSO LEAD ME MORE TO BUYING MORE. ANYWAY, THEY SMELL WONDERFUL WHEN NOT LIT. MY CANDLE HAS BEEN LIT ALL DAY AND NO SMELL OR CRACKLE HAS CAME FROM THIS CANDLE YET. ACTUALLY, IT'S BARELY MELTING. IF IT WERE A JAR, IT WOULD HAVE MELTED DOWN A LOT MORE. I'M NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE PURE RADIANCE, SO I'M NOT SURE IF IT'S NORMAL OR NOT FOR IT TO BURN SO SLOW. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CANDLE.

I went in to Yankee to purchase a Lavender Vanilla candle but decided to try this. Love the slight crackle and scent. Very close if not the same as Lavender Vanilla and I love that scent. Nice relaxing fragrance:)

At a recent YC in-store event (it was a damp and chilly day outside) I must have really been experiencing Spring-Fever because I purchased this candle with a repeat purchase of Housewarmer's Tulips.
Now, typically, I'm not drawn to floral fragrances but I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this was to my nose.
A soft scent with a strong throw that can fill a decent sized bedroom with a relaxed air. (Hey, "experts" keep talking about how lavender is supposed to encourage sleep... I'd rather try this and spend a little than to purchase one of those prescription sleep drugs and spend a lot!)

Disappointed in product
I was very disappointed in this product. I purchased 4 of them, one for myself and 3 as gifts. The candle does not crackle or sound like a fire. You can barely hear it. I even received the same comments from the people I gave the candles to.
