sad its so pretty
I wanted so badly to be able to write a good review but mine cracked after the first 3 uses. Its very pretty but its way too fragile to use as a wax melt burner.

beautiful but fragile
It's a very beautiful piece but the bowl part cracked on me with in the first few uses. the glass is so thin it's not tempered at all which is silly for something that has to deal with heat and cold. i wish it had been more useful cause it was so beautiful oh well i'm going to see what can be done for me at my local Yankee candle store.

I LOVE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS FOR YEARS, BUT THIS ONE SEEM TO HAVE A DEFECTIVE PROBLEM
TOP OF GLASS SHATTERED WHEN LITE ON SECOND TRY, SO DID THE ONE BEFORE IT, BEING REPLACED BY YOUR COMPANY, BUT LETS SEE HOW LONG THE NEXT ONE LASTS, I MUSST SAY THOU YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST IVE EVER DELT WITH!!!!!!!!!!!!
