Hawaii in a jar My grandmother is a native of Hawaii and has always had fresh guava in her house and makes the most fantastic juice from it. She tells me stories of picking guava and eating it fresh from the tree. She has family still from the islands that send her the fruit, and this candle smells exact. I am totally in love with this candle for a sweet, summery fragrance. I personally think the throw is fantastic and the candle burns beautiful and even. April 18, 2013
I Love this scent! I purchased this candle before I read the reviews. I was so glad that I did. I absolutely love the scent. It smells a lot like grapefruit. If anyone likes the fruit scent candles, they will enjoy this scent. I burned my candle in my kitchen and could smell it upstairs. I thought it had a strong scent. I plan to purchase 2 more! dont buy! I am so disappointed with this candle I dont know where to start. 1. No throw, none, 0, zip. 2. The wick somehow shifted to more on the side, not directly in the middle. Not an issue it just burns funny. Basically, in a nut shell, dont waste your money. The candle smells like nothing when burning. Nice scent to just smell cold. I tried to give it a chance thinking it just needed to be burned a couple times and half way done and never a scent out of it. I dont think its right to return it halfway burned, even though YC has the BEST customer service and I know they would accept and exchange. Even though this is a no-go, I still love my YC!!!
