I LOVE mint but...
I really, really wanted to love this candle. I love anything with mint in it from ice cream to body lotion, so when I saw that Yankee had a fresh mint candle, I couldn't wait to try it. However, the votive candle didn't have any throw. I had it lit for 3 hours in an enclosed bedroom and you couldn't even tell it was burning. I love the scent of the candle and but I don't recommend it because it gives off little to no scent.

You'll want a cup of mint tea.
Brings the smell of an outdoor herb garden indoors. Can't add a thing to YC's description. It's a milder throw that fills the air with the smell of fresh mint leaves.

Love the smell
I have always loved mint and the scent. I like having candles in my home. The scent of Fresh Mint always is nice to have for my home.

Mint mixology
I used this votive in my mixology vase with Eucalyptus and Lavender Vanilla in an attempt to duplicate Spa Fresh, (since I CANNOT find a large jar of Spa Fresh). It turned out really nice. I love the Fresh Mint scent alone on cold throw. It is much more authentic than other mints... It actually smells like the mint picked from the garden... Lovely! I have since purshcased a large jar at my Yankee Candle store.

Love, love, love this fragrance. Kind of smells like the spearmint gum. So fresh and clean. Am definitely ordering more of this, so listen up Yankee, keep it in stock!!

REALLY, REALLY FRESH!
As others have said, if you love mint, this is for you. Not peppermint, catmint, applemint, or any other mint than a true spearmint! Green, spearmint, jellied, sugar coated, candy leaves....that's what this smells like.....awesome!! Stays a long time in the air. Love it!

You HAVE TO be a fan of mint!
...because that's all you get in this candle. If you like mint, then go crazy with this one! I happen to like mint; this scent is ridiculously strong, in a good way. It sort of smells like uber minty gum!

Real Mint Fragrance
If you like mint, this candle is for you. It has a strong fragrance even before burning, but it does mellow once lit. My family agrees that this candle smells just like spearmint gum.
